Direct attachment to email workflow


There are several threads discussing the inability to directly attach a generated document into an email via workflow. There are several threads pointing out the issues with how the data is presented, and how it isn't customer/externally friendly.

Considering Smartsheet is hosted in AWS, it seems like they are cost cutting at the expense of functionality. If we make lots of workflow automations that generate and send several files then they have higher AWS costs.

Does anyone have thoughts on this, or has anyone else successfully found a way to implement what I'm talking about without paying for something on top of what they already are paying for?
