Ipad attachment problem

Users have been having a problem since yesterday, when uploading attachments from Ipad, they show up in the wrong rows or attach to the sheet rather than the rows, even though nothing has changed in the way they upload attachments. I've told the users to keep a close eye when they upload attachments to make sure they appear on the correct rows, but this isn't a long term solution as they are very busy with other tasks. Has anyone else been having this problem? Any solutions? Like I said, this has only been happening since yesterday.

I haven't heard of this happening in the last week from other users; if it consistently happens across multiple devices, please capture a screen recording and send it to Smartsheet Support so they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel.
