Automation to move rows stopped working

I have an automation setup to move a row to another sheet when the status us changed to "Complete". This automation was working fine until I upgraded from Business to Enterprise. Now the automation does not trigger automatically, and when I trigger it manually it moves all rows from the source sheet to the destination sheet. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Try making a copy of the Workflow and turn the original off.

Thank you for the recommendation, I should have mentioned in my post that I did delete the original workflow and created a new one with the same results.

@PReich Hello! I would update the trigger to when rows are changed removing the added option. Also make sure that you do not have additional workflows using the same trigger "Completed".
