Column not showing as option to group by in report

I have 1 sheet and I'm pulling a status report from it to capture different status roll ups.

It was working fine when I was sorting by other columns. Now I added the Site Development Manager and it is not showing up as an option to Group by?

I have refreshed, saved, exited and opened again. No luck.

Is it a Multi-contact column? Unfortunately, they aren't supported for grouping.
