I can edit on my phone but not on PC

I am sharing a smart sheet with a business partner and we were working off the free plan at first. When the 30 day trial ended I could no longer edit so we both purchased the pro plan. However, my PC version of the sheet is still view only yet on my mobile app I am able to make changes as per usual. We have tried removing me as a collaborator and re-adding myself, making myself admin and so on. Any idea on why this is?

With the Pro Plan, editors need to be licensed on the same plan in order to collaborate on content. Here's more information: Dashboard widgets and sharing in the Pro plan
