Automated Workflow Email Based on Date

Hi All,

I am trying to setup a workflow to sends a reminder 2 weeks out based on the 'Start' column with the conditions that the % Complete column is not 100% or the Status is not complete.

The problem is I keep getting a list of all the tasks in the spreadsheet.
