Phone Support for Smartsheet?
How can you talk to a live person about an issue? I have entered a support case, but all I'm receiving is standardized, canned, answers. It's like they aren't even reading the issues that I'm having. This is terrible customer support. I don't even want to use this software anymore.

If your account has purchased Standard Support or Pro Support with your plan, you can access a Support phone number from within the Smartsheet application (under account > plan info).

If your plan does not have access to phone support, please keep following up with Support via email with as much information as possible and your ticket will stay open. You're also welcome to ask the Community for help if you have a "how-to" question or general issue that does not require private troubleshooting.

@ITGlobal if you go to your profile section (bottom left) and click on Plan & Billing info you should see call 24x7 call link to get the phone number.
I am not sure if it depends on your plan, but if you don't see that in your plan, here's the general link where they have phone# for customer support
