Data displays differently for different users in the same sheet

We have created a sheet that gathers data from various parts of our projects and resource management data. There's calculations in it with conditional formatting to colour the cells based on contents, but nothing more complex than that.

It displays perfectly for the owner (via Edge) and another licensed admin (via Chrome and Edge), but not for another licensed admin with the same permissions and license level.

The sheet opens and there are no errors. Changes made by the affected user are saved and visible by the others; but the conditional formatting only displays for the two other users.

Any ideas?

    Hi @SamuelW

Conditional Formatting should display for all users looking at the sheet, regardless of License, you're correct. If they're looking at the sheet at the exact same time as a change, they may need to refresh the page to see the update the colours, however it sounds like they're not seeing any colours at all.

I know you've tested browsers, but is there any chance this could be related to a browser extension? Here's more information: Step 2: Troubleshoot issues caused by browser extensions

If this hasn't helped, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with the sheet URL and a video showing how it looks in your account versus the other person's account, and that person's email address.

    Thanks!
