Anyone else have Smartsheet merge access issues with Google Docs?

The smartsheet merge app has been working perfectly for years but last week I started to get this error message when trying to generate google docs. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting and different browsers - anyone else having the same issues or know how to fix?

Same here. Merge is still working for some of our team but getting the same error as noted above for other so I wonder if it isn't a chrome update?

Smartsheet Google Doc Merge App not working. Please advise?

When clicking Allow Access for the Smartsheet Google Doc Merge App and choosing the account I get this error message:

Smartsheet merge working again - got a message that authorisation had succeeded and all was back to normal

Like you all I had the issue of not being able to run the Smartsheet Merge function in Google Docs last week. And yes, the connection has now been restored. However I still can't 'Select Rows' in the first stage of the merge process. Clicking 'Select Rows' brings up the dialog with check boxes … I check one box and hit 'Save Selection' but that selection is not registered in the Merge panel … it still says "no rows selected".

Any ideas?

Closing Google Docs and reopening fixed that problem. Everything a-ok now.

Hello All. I had issues last week and my issue was resolved when I disconnected from the drive under the Smartsheet Merge in my setting and then reinstalled. Smartsheet support also told me they put a patch in and I'm working OK. However, my co-workers are not.

They get the following error whenever they try to select a sheet, "Error: getSheets Exception Request failed for : 1071, "message" "Invalid Grant Theu authorizatin code or refresh token provided was invalid", "error" "invalid_grant", (use muteHttpExceptions option to exame full response).

Does anyone have any idea of why this would work for me, but not my coworker?
