Assessment Resource Management and need training on linking budget and options with booking time

I am currently assessing RM to purchase with Smartsheets (which we are currently successfully using for the management of projects).

I need some structured training to understand:

1. How to implement phases, once set up in project setting.
2. How to book to a particular phase (and hence against that phases' budget)
3. Options for users to book time - without the need for purchasing a full licence e.g. floating licences, free restricted licence, linking time booking on a spreadsheet and uploading to RM etc

If you need more advanced training, I have some good recommendations for that as well. DM me if you want more on that topic. I'm also in the middle of implementing RM at my org and I'm finding it useful to walk through specific scenarios with folks who have forged this path ahead of me :)
