Emails are not sending?

I know this has been asked before but I am having trouble with emails not sending out. I have checked my notification settings. All other emails send out via automation but specifically this one wont send out and i am confused why. I am currently sending to myself. The additional info res. is just a normal text field.

    Hi @Jeremy Oesch

    When you say you checked your notification settings, do you mean you confirmed that this box is checked?

    If this is Un-checked, then any time you're the person that made the change to that "additional information response" column it would skip sending you the notification.

    If this is checked, then I would test a few other things:

    • Are you receiving the notification in-app (the bell icon), just not as an email?
    • Is it possible you unsubscribed from this specific Alert?
      • Copy the Workflow by duplicating it, then deactivate the original one to see if that sends the email.
