Can we create multiple dynamic views from the same sheet?

I have a sheet in Smartsheet that want to create 2 different views that one dynamic view is restricted by the PM column and the other dynamic view is restricted by the Incident Advisor column.

I was able to create one dynamic view, and when I duplicate the same dynamic view and rename it and change the restrict by, the link doesn't work for the users. The error is "Dynamic View URL not found"

Anyone knows why that might be happening?

You need to share the second dynamic view to the users by using sharing tab.
