Why can I group but cannot summarize the same field on a report?

I'm not sure what is different about this data sheet. I can 'group' my report by industry vertical; however, when I try to summarize to show a count by Industry Vertical that item will not show in my drop-down in the Summary. I thought perhaps it was because Industry was multi-select, but I changed it, refreshed, and still cannot see it. I summarize by this column all the time on other reports. Any ideas?

Hi Annaleah Morrow,

In the sheet, changing the Industry Vertical from the multi-select to single-select property will make the current Industry Vertical column in the Report invalid. You may want to re-select columns in Columns menu then make a new Summarize as the screenshot below.

It seemed to be a delay on showing the columns even though I refreshed regularly. Today everything shows just fine. Thank you, Gia!
