Can't find sheets assigned to new user
hello,
Personnel changes. Need to move assets from current user to his/her replacement.
1- Created new user
2- Transferred owner permissions and owned groups to new user
3- Deactivated old user
On new user profile, i run "Sheet access report" and see the 2 sheets he/she has inherited. The new user cannot see these nor i (admin) cannot see nor find these sheets via search bar.
What step am i missing?

Yes, the new user has checked the sheets section. Also, the specific sheets do not come up for them when they search.

Maybe also check so it didn't transfer to someone else, maybe you?
Also, your description doesn't mention transferring the actual assets.
