Merge Template Form
Hello,
I've been reviewing the options for alternative email options. One of my business units changed their domain name. I need to update the user profiles. I came across the community chat of Bulk updating all users with alternate emails — Smartsheet Community.
I do not have "Merge Users.." in my "More Actions" drop down. How do I use this function without this template available? Where can I find this template?

Can I check what plan-type you are on? The User Merge feature in the Admin Center is available to System Admins on an Enterprise plan. If you're on a Business plan, this would explain why it does not appear in the dropdown list. (Here's the Pricing Page where it lists functionality for each plan type).
If you're on a Business plan, you can add new emails to each of your users by following the steps here:
You could also use the Smartsheet API to do this programatically in bulk if your company has a developer that's familiar with API.
