Smartsheet Automation Run Workflow Option Not Available for Hourly, Daily or Weekly

I am using the Automation Template "Copy a row to another sheet when specified criteria are met".

Can this be enabled and enhanced? Below is what I am looking for.

A) Minute and # of Minutes (e.g., Run Workflow every 10 minutes)

B) Hour and # of Hours (e.g., Run Workflow every 2 hours)

Resource Management Report Bug - Time & Fees by month
Doing an advanced report (vs. export) of Time & Fees: Amounts & Hours by Month(First group byMonth Then group byTeam Member) → the advanced report resorts to "WEEK" as the primary group and we need this data by month to manage financials. Splitting weeks into months isn't accurate.
