Report not showing summaries on Dashboard

I am trying to show results from a report I created breaking down IT costs between software and hardware on a SS Dashboard but when I pull the report over it is only giving me the sums for the parent column (division) and not breaking them into 2 pieces for each dept (showing totals for hardware and software for each dept). Seems like a simple solution I just can't figure out. help!!

Can you screenshot your Dashboard view to help us diagnose what may be happening (be sure to redact any sensitive info if you have it there). Also, just want to confirm that you are trying to show the report itself on the Dashboard, not a chart widget?

sorry I just saw the response to this. here you go. You can see the bottom left hand chart is only giving totals not total for hardware and software.
