Unique List of values from multi choice list column

Hello, I've searched through a lot of the help articles and can't see exactly what I'm looking for. I have a document with a column which is a drop down list - multiples permitted.

I want to create a single list of values from this that exist - is that possible? E.g. I want to create a new unique list either on a new sheet or on a report of the countries that have been selected:-

Any help would be really great!

I'm not fully understanding what you are asking. Possibly you are trying to determine whether or not some permitted values are never being selected.

If so, you know the permitted values that are POSSIBLE (from the column properties), so from that you can do a countifs for each one where you check for that value with a find @cell command.
