Automated Email with a CC

Is there away to request an update with a CC option ?

For example we have a workflow where a request was made and actioned on and goes back to the Original Requester. If the original requester hasn't replied back within a certain time period, we kick an automated reminder.

If additional time goes by and still nothing, then we kick the notification to them again (requester - contact field) as well as their manager (in a contact field), and the person who is waiting on the response (Contact field) .

The thing we are trying to accomplish would be the equivalent of copying a manager on an email with the teammate on it so the teammate (requester) is aware.

I know the update requests tell you at the bottom who else it was sent to but it doesn't show in the To/CC box in an email.
