I have this same issue — I want multiple rows to appear below the message without the message appearing every time. Like this:

John, below are the devices that need to be collected:
Dell Lattitude
Dell docking Station

etc… But the message portion repeats every time, like this:

John, below are the devices that need to be collected:
Dell Lattitude

John, below are the devices that need to be collected:
Dell docking Station

etc…

If I use the send link, I like how SS displays an array with the items — but it includes the link to the sheet at the top, and I do not want them to select the link. I only want this to be a notification. I am now thinking it is not possible … I do want this to be possible. 😊

@Paul Newcome I have a helper column, when it is checkmarked, and the row status = a certain value, then it is sent. Is it not scheduled; it's based on when the column is checked and the file is saved.
