Looking to Format the report
I am trying to display only one cell with a KPI number from the report, but I am unable to change its format. Any idea how to change format of Report?

Report Summaries can be put on a Dashboard using the Report Widget with the headers "collapsed".
Another option would be to use a Grouping on something that is in every row (such as grouping by the Sheet Name), then you can use this Report as a source for a Chart widget. (e.g. a Bar Chart) to only display the one number.
