Datashuttle Excel Upload error

I am trying to upload the data from excel using data Shuttle upload workflow, no idea why I am receiving this error. The excel sheet has dropdown columns that are created listing dropdown options in a second sheet (which was locked to not allow anyone edit those lists). However, I have tried unlocking the sheet, but still had this error. My target sheet is the Smartsheet sheet, will which will only hold the data from the excel. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Hope you are well. I've had this error before and it usually is due to a dropdown column in Smartsheet being restricted to what is listed and the dropdown list doesn't match what is in the excel upload. Could you try removing the restriction(s) on your dropdown column(s) in the sheet that you are uploading to and try your DataShuttle workflow again?
