Sharing content visible per User

I am trying to share a training status per user.

Report wont work because I do not want to share source sheets with the users.

Is there a workaround for this ?

i tried with the dashboard, it wont work, maybe im doing something wrong.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

Premium App, Dynamic View
Premium App, WorkApps
I recently developed a (what I call) Dynamic View Light. It's quite advanced, but in short, it uses cross-sheet formulas, INDEX/MATCH, and a specific structure and method, so it can only show data that should be available.

Would any of those options work/help?

I have Dynamic View in evaluation mode as part of my Business plan, not sure if that's sustainable ?

Too expensive to add it to the current plan.

how about the formula that you have developed ?

or i can make a dashboard per user ?
