How to create Auto notifications for particular row when Status changed to "Closed"

    Hello Sivakumar,

    Go to Automation and create a workflow. I would use create a workflow from templet. There is one to alert some one when a specified Criteria is met. Select the field that has the change. Change it to say closed. then pick who you want to alert. See the screenshot. I hope this helps.

    Appreciate your help Mark but my question is little different here i need to trigger notification when particular Row has closed. Anyway i got the logic now. Thanks for the support
