How to remove unwanted items in the "View By" list in Card View?

I need to simplify the number of items shown in the "View By" list in Card View. Does anyone know how to remove the unwanted items? Deleting the columns in Grid View is not an option as they have a legitimate usage for planning.

Also, is there a way to re-order the items in the list?

Hi @JackieBGCC ,

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this on the Grid. But you could create a report, and then add only the columns with dropdowns that you want to be included. When you view it in card view, you'll only see the choices that you've added to the report.

Thanks @PCG Sam Harwart , I appreciate the input. We really don't want to use a report because we want to easily see the task rollups.
