Is there a way to have an alert triggered hourly and send to a client (non-licensed user)
We are have created a sheet to share with our client and have added them as an editor but for some reason it will not allow me to send an hourly alert to them when we add comments to the sheet. I am trying to avoid an alert that is triggered immediately when comments are entered. I am able to do this on a different workflow that contains internal users. Is this a license or permissions issue?

It sounds like a permissions issue. In your automations window, you'll need to open up your permission settings and adjust it to unrestricted. Click the gear just to the left of the "Create from Scratch" button.

Hi thank you! I did have permissions set to unrestricted but I was able to figure out the problem. I had an additional action to change the status in the cell and once I removed that it worked.
