Reports Error message- User is not assigned to this application

Hello, I published and shared my report, but am getting this error message . The publish Read only Full - Access Control screen shot is as under . What is the issue here and how can I get the user access to my report?

Hi @roya

This error message looks to be coming from Okta, not from Smartsheet's Report. Is it possible that the user that is logging in to see the published Report does not have access to Smartsheet? Here's an article I found online about Okta.
