have to download to view the file. How do I prevent this from happening? Its a hit or miss.

    I was able to reproduce the problem once but found that upon subsequent attempts, the PDF preview opened without any errors.

    To troubleshoot, I would first try these general steps:

    • Try incognito mode in your browser in case it's related to your browser's cache and cookies.
    • Test the PDF preview across different browsers

    Most image formats like .jpg, .png, .gif are supported, along with Portable Document Format (.pdf) and Microsoft Office Suite files such as .docx, .pptx, .xlsx.
