CountIfs Formula

Your parenthesis are still off. You need to close out each COUNTIFS before you move on to the next one.

Can you use the below and help me fix it?
=COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Ashley", {Issue #1}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell) + COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Ashley", {Issue #2}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell) + COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Ashley", {Issue #3}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell) + COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Ashley", {Issue #4}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell)))))

All you need to do is remove some of the closing parenthesis from the very end of the formula and use them to close out each of the individual COUNTIFS.

I got it now. For those that may look at this post and want the final formula, here is what it looks like.
=COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Lydia", {Issue #1}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell)) + COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Lydia", {Issue #2}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell)) + COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Lydia", {Issue #3}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell)) + COUNTIFS({Associate}, "Lydia", {Issue #4}, CONTAINS([Primary Column]@row, @cell))
@Paul Newcome Thanks for sticking with me.
