Automated notification of Dashboard refresh

I would like to be able to send out to multiple people a refresh of the dashboard every month. Can't find a way to do that other than copying the dashboard link in an email manually. Anybody know if this simple function is available?

From a sheet (any sheet will work but perhaps one of the ones providing data for the dashboard), set up a notification workflow triggered by a date. When selecting what columns to add to email notification, select message only. Add the url to the message body.
