Read Only Sheet Filter Links

I have a sheet listing employee certifications that I have made filters on for each employee. When I change the filter, I see that the link changes so that each filter has a specific link. However, when I published the sheet as read only, each filter does not have a specific link, it's just the link to the sheet. Is there any way to get the filter specific links to work for the read only version of the sheet? The reason we are attempting to do this is to create employee certification QR code badges for each employee, but would like anyone to be able to scan the QR codes to view their certifications (without needing access to the sheet). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Not sure it this would accomplish what you are trying to do, but what if you made the sheet a report then added it to a dashboard and set viewer behavior to their perspective?
