Event Registration Dashboard - Entries are not populating.

I am an admin for a workspace for Event Registration. The issue is that registration info is posting in a strange fashion, and it is not updating the metrics on the dashboard. Thanks in advance for any help on correcting this issue.

A closer look at the top of the sheet - was I supposed to delete the sample data?

Finally, although the registration info saved to the sheet albeit with issues, the dashboard does not reflect. What did I do wrong? 😕

Well, have you built the metric and mapped it to your DB?

I used the template provided. I was under the impression that it would automatically update. I am new to SmartSheet, that is why I asking what step did I skip or what went wrong.
