row report filter by "assigned to"

Hi, in a row report, I want to filter out all entries that are assigned to Jane alone, but keep those that have Jane plus someone else. This is because I want to see assignments to all people other than just Jane. I tried to set filter "is not equal to Jane" but this doesnt work; it still gives me all lone Jane's. I also cannot use "contains Jane" as this will remove entires with other people. Any idea?

If I'm not mistaken, it should work with Contains.
