Is there a way to freeze the y axis on a graph in Smartsheet?

We have a survey graph on a program dashboard and I want to set and freeze the Y axis to a specific number (5) so it is easier to tell what the results are out of. I haven't been able to find a way to freeze/set the Y axis to a specific number… is this possible?

A workaround that works on some similar issues is to add an extra column of data that is slightly larger and uniform across different graphs that forces the scale to adjust and then manually make that column of data graph in white to make it not visible.

I've used this before to force a uniform y axis on 5 scatter plots I wanted to allow visual comparisons before - to each one I added a "min" and "max" column where each row pulled the minimum and maximum value from all 5 plots for that row. This forced the y axis to auto scale to the same level across all 5 graphs to make differences more visible.
