Why is this column filter is not correctly pulling all row information?

The Sheet that our department is using to track applications seems to have some sort of error with the column that contains the street address number. Whenever you try to search for a specific street number or even just enter a single number into the filter tool using the "contains" condition, it will only pull some data or no data at all even if there are obviously multiple addresses that contain the number 1. I'm not at a loss for why this is happening when there doesn't seem to be any sort of similar issue with any of the other columns.

Are you entering a space after the '1'? You might also take a look at the "Show rows that match all conditions" option if you are filtering on more than 1 criteria.
