Time Spent /Formula

I want to calculate the total time spent by each user to then create a graph. I tried a formula but it does not work. Can you help?

To sum up the values, you need some way to get them all measured in the same units - right now you've got minutes and hours, you've got to choose one or the other and then leave it in a purely numeric form. Once you do that, a sumif using the employee name as the criteria would get you the data you'd want to graph.
