Can't Login, Can't Open ticket, Can't email
This is ridiculous. I cannot login due to an SSL error (multiple users, multiple networks). Can't open a support ticket because I cannot login. Can't open a ticket via email b/c inexplicably that channel has been shut off. This is extremely disappointing. I guess my team is up a creek until they notice on their end.

If you're unable to access the Portal, you can submit a Support Ticket through the Form instead, located on this Help Article:
Please provide them with as much information as possible, including screen captures and email addresses.

Unless there is something on that page I am missing, I dont see a way to contact support only "common fixes"

I opened under the "Brandsheets" section, i have no idea what that is but its the most appropariate form I guess.

Brandfolder is another product of Smartsheet - I would recommend using the Smartsheet Form under Step 2 instead to make sure it's routed to the correct team 🙂
