Looking for a Fleet Management Template

Hello fellow Smartsheet Users! I have to imagine by now someone has created a Fleet Management System. I am wondering if someone would be willing to share it here so I don't have to start from scratch? I have looked at the other posts where people are talking about their systems, but no template is posted. Thanks!
