Why do I have 2 accounts for one email address, and how do I merge the 2 accounts?


For some reason my smartsheet has 2 accounts for the same email address, one of these accounts I have managed to set up a number of projects and such, but it doesnt reflect on my other smartsheet account…? they have the same email addresses so I am very confused. In addition to this I have now been charged twice of the same account. Please help.
