Using Smartsheet as a Computerized Maintenace Managment System (CMMS)


I'm trialing a process to use Smartsheet as a CMMS to assign Maintenace work orders in an interim process until we on board our new CMMS. I will be uploading all the assets into Smartsheet and then assign Preventative Maintenace work orders through the Automation process to mechanics, I'll also trial a Maintenace portal where users can request work orders using the intake sheets, finally, I'll trial a dashboard to check the completion of work orders.
