What is the best way to count all projects for reporting purposes?

I would like to count projects for a few different metrics to display on a dashboard. Such as Number of projects delivered, delivered on time, delivered late and so on.

Can anyone please advise what the best way to approach this may be?

Creating a metric sheet is one of the best ways to gather this information. There are some great tutorials on youtube

Hi Andrée,

All my projects are in separate sheets, and multiple workspaces. For example 10 projects are in one workspace, 10 projects in another as we're using workspaces per customer.

I recommend using a Report filtered by the sheet's name, then grouped, counted, and shown in a chart widget.

Something like this.
