Hello,

I created 3 different automation triggers for 3 different executive directors in my smartsheet. For example, an employee will fill out a form connected to the sheet, select which executive director needs to provide approval, then the automation will trigger to go to that executive.

However, when testing the automations, once approved by the ONE designated executive director, the submitter got all 3 approval messages even though it should have only triggered the one. Why would this happen? How do I correct it?
