Why won't my app return search results that the web version does?

I have the number 416 on one of my sheets. If I open the web version and type 416, it immediately shows a result of the sheet that the number 416 is on. If I do that exact same search on the Smartsheet app, I receive a message that says 'We couldn't find any matches for "416". I have waited more than 10 minutes for them to sync. I've actually waited days. Still not results on my search.

Have you tried using special characters within your search bar?

Yes, I have. Even with altering the parameters of the search, the number is still not found when using the app, but found when using the web-based computer version.

If you're still experiencing the same behaviour, it would be helpful if you could submit this finding to the Support team. Please let them know what mobile version you're using, and what device you're on. They may want to see a screen recording as well.
