I have a sheet that we are using to track projects. It includes personnel names, date ranges assigned, and project name. Each project will have multiple rows for different personnel. We have created a report that shows each person using "join" with multiple rows for their different projects beneath them. The GANTT view shows time date range blocks on a calendar.

Is there a way to create a report to have the rows correspond to 1 person each, with the various projects / date ranges showing as a calendar to the right via columns within the same 1 row. Our current report only allows us to see 1 - 2 people on the screen at once due to a separate row for each project. We are trying to see all on one screen to easily shift/reschedule.

I'm essentially trying to merge the GANTT view down to 1 row per person. Is there Smartsheet capability, or a workaround using excel etc that anyone can think of?
