In the reports, the option to collapse them works for just 1 parent?

I am new to smartsheet and have already ran into this problem. Mainly, in the reports. The option to collapse them works for just 1 parent. when you add multiple levels, only the lowest level will be collapsed. Really Frustrating.

Yes, that's correct - the "Collapse Groups" option in a Report collapses all the underlying rows but shows all levels of grouping. You would need to manually click the arrow to collapse by the first, top-level of grouping.
