On our Enterprise Plan, when publishing items, Access Control options appear as follows:
Users routinely mistake the "Available to anyone with the link…" option to mean anyone within the company, not literally anyone in the world. The ramifications of this misunderstanding are huge.
I propose changing the labels for these options to make their impact more clear:
⚪️ Accessible to anyone in the world with the link (login to Smartsheet not required)
⚫️ Accessible to all users in [Name of Owner]'s account (login to Smartsheet required)
⚪️ Accessible to users and groups who are granted shared access (login to Smartsheet required)
