Mobile app issue

I am having to uninstall and reinstall the app so that i can see and access my folders, and sheets. It wont even let me log out and back in. Anyone else having this issue?

I've reviewed our community and haven't found other users reporting this issue. I also tested and wasn't able to reproduce the issue. In addition to @Andrée Starå's request, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

• Check if the issue is reproducible on other devices.
• Check for updates available for the Smartsheet App.
• Check for updates on your mobile device.

I am receiving several reports from the field that they are having to do this on Samsung s22 and s24 devices.
