Cell shows #REF syntax after sheet was auto updated via Data Shuttle Workflow

I was trying to map reference a cell using SUMIFS formula from the Email_DB sheet (that is linked to an Excel sheet via Workflow), it was able to capture the data at the beginning but every time after the workflow process is ran and updated Email_DB sheet the value cell will show #REF

Any idea why is that so? or I did something wrong here?

Would appreciate if anyone could help give some guidance. Thanks.

You have a broken reference. Try recreating the formula and see if that works.
