Blank Responses

Sometimes, users will submit their form and on my end, all of the resposne will come up blank. Why does this happen?

Do you mean that the whole row is blank?

Or is it that you can't see it?

You can check it at the bottom of the sheet if it's the latter.

Was that the issue?
