Automated emails not sending attachment link

Can someone help? This workflow automation once worked for me, now in the past week it completely stopped working on all of my smartsheets. Do we know why? Is this feature broken???
I receive all requested details, however, the attachment link is no longer added.

Hi there,
As you can see the attachments were sent in the initial request (see screenshot of confirmation email), but the attachment links are not listed on the actual notification to me. This worked at first, not sure what happened.
Please help!

Is it possible your IT department made a security change with attachments in certain types of emails? If you are not the System Admin on your smartsheet account you may want to start with that person and/or IT to see if there have been any recent changes to your company's email security policies that are now effecting your workflows. Hope this helps.

Hi @willim101
For clarification, attachments will only appear in alerts if the attachment is added at the same time as the trigger of the alert. If there is any time between when the row is submitted to the sheet and when the alert is sent out, they will not be seen in the email. Here's more information:
